At Darling Board Co., we believe gathering should feel effortless — and that includes the behind-the-scenes details. Here’s everything you need to know before booking.

Sales Tax
New York State requires sales tax on prepared food. Applicable tax (based on delivery location) will be added to all orders.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery. Orders under $150 are paid in full at booking.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7+ days before your event may receive a credit toward a future order. Orders cancelled within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Delivery
Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee. Delivery pricing varies based on location and setup needs.

Food Safety
All items are prepared in a licensed kitchen. For best quality and safety, please refrigerate items within 2 hours of delivery. Darling Board Co. is not responsible for food left out beyond safe serving time.

Allergens
Our products may contain or come in contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please notify us of any allergies at the time of booking.
